README: Update pronoun specification
This patch simplifies the guidelines for pronouns that should
be used for me. Notably, the use of she/her and the germany
equivalent changed from MAY to SHOULD with the clause for
knowing me dropped entirely.

The order of pronouns has also changed to but she/her first.
