From 15eb91a8606f41ce27931c0e40be8029885062b5 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: networkException Date: Thu, 11 Jul 2024 02:24:57 +0200 Subject: [PATCH] README: Update pronoun specification This patch simplifies the guidelines for pronouns that should be used for me. Notably, the use of she/her and the germany equivalent changed from MAY to SHOULD with the clause for knowing me dropped entirely. The order of pronouns has also changed to but she/her first. --- README.md | 4 ++-- 1 file changed, 2 insertions(+), 2 deletions(-) diff --git a/README.md b/README.md index 2c6d075..9523fba 100644 --- a/README.md +++ b/README.md @@ -6,9 +6,9 @@ I am a developer, maintainer and system administrator working on a variety of open source projects. -You SHOULD use [they/them](https://pronouns.within.lgbt/they/them/their/theirs/themself) and you SHOULD NOT use [he/him](https://pronouns.within.lgbt/he/him/his/his/himself) pronouns when referring to me.
